Our History

From vision to reality: transforming the Bolivian real estate sector

Capgainmt Academy was born in 2022 from the collaboration between prominent professionals in the real estate sector and digital technology experts, united by a common vision: to democratize access to real estate investments in Bolivia through specialized PropTech training.

Our founder, Dr. Lucía Montero, after a successful international career in developing digital platforms for the real estate sector, decided to return to Bolivia with the goal of transferring that knowledge and adapting it to the specific needs of the local market. Along with a multidisciplinary team of engineers, economists, and real estate specialists, she established the first training center specialized in real estate technologies in the country.

What began as a small training center in Sucre quickly expanded to become Bolivia's leading institution for PropTech training, with internationally recognized programs and strategic alliances with important technological centers in Latin America and Europe.

Today, Capgainmt Academy is proud to have trained more than 500 professionals who are leading the digital transformation of the Bolivian real estate sector, creating innovative solutions that make investment in real estate more accessible for all Bolivians.
